The Neuroscience Institute (NSI) Research Department is advancing the science of medicine in disease focused research. We are continuously seeking and conducting research and clinical trials aimed to further knowledge and understanding of neurological disorders, such as:
• Neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s
• Brain tumors
• Behavioral health
Our goal is to both improve diagnosis, treatment and functional outcomes, as well as reduce disease severity for patients who suffer from neurological disorders; ultimately working toward providing a better quality of life for our patients. Our research encompasses cutting edge pharmaceutical and medical devices, clinical registries, and physician initiated trials. The research team is comprised of a multidisciplinary neuroscience team including neurologists, strokologists, neuro-surgeons, neuro-radiologists, neuro-critical care intensivists, pharmacists, neuro-interventionists, neuropsychologists, neuro nurses, certified clinical research nurses and staff, and research scientists.
We work closely with our neuroscience clinical teams to uncover ways in which we can enhance our quality of care to make it affordable, connected and exceptional to the community that we serve.
