Research Operations Manager
Tere Richard joined AdventHealth in 2014. She has BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Health Services Administration from Rollins College. She has 17 years of research experience that began as an undergraduate at the University of Hawaii. She became interested in healthcare research while working as a research assistant at Jackson State University. In addition to work experience in academic settings (JSU and UCF), she spent two years with Johnson & Johnson on the instrument development team for the Lake Nona Life Project. She was a healthcare outcomes data analyst at FH prior to joining the Pediatric Research team and remains interested in both big data and technology. She is a Certified Clinical Research Profession (CCRP) through SOCRA and Certified Associate in Healthcare Information & Management Systems (CAHIMS) through HIMSS. She is particularly excited to be part of the AdventHealth Research team and the efforts to bring truly innovative care to our patients.
